A few years back we had a small script that we used to post daily accomplishments on our blog. It wasn't much and it certainly wasn't entertaining to read, but it was pretty helpful. We struggle a lot with anxiety, and a big component of that is feeling like we've done enough. Recording the accomplishments we are proud of each day is a way for us to celebrate our hard work to ourselves, as well as prompt us to plan for the next day and set us up for success.
